About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Education Facilitator to join our team at Tower Hamlets GP Care Group. As an Education Facilitator, you will play a key role in developing and delivering high-quality education and training programs for our nursing staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement education and training programs for nursing staff, including pre-registration and post-registration students.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with healthcare education providers and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of education and training programs.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of education and training programs, making recommendations for improvement as needed.
  • Provide support and guidance to nursing staff in their educational and professional development, including mentoring and coaching.
  • Collaborate with clinical teams and system partners to plan and facilitate learning experiences that meet the educational needs of nursing staff.
Requirements
  • Extensive post-registration experience in nursing education and training.
  • Leadership skills and ability to manage and motivate teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to translate and integrate evidence-based research and guidelines into education and training programs.
  • Current UK professional registration as a nurse.
