About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Category Manager to join our team at Mondelēz International. As a Category Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing selling programs related to your assigned Category's innovation, distribution, merchandising, and promotional plans.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute category plans, working collaboratively with Category teams, Insights, and Customer Business Teams (CBTs)
  • Provide thought leadership internally and externally around brand and category initiatives
  • Lead delivery of category dashboard fundamentals and recommend corrective actions to ensure targets are met
  • Ongoing assessment of critical baseline volume opportunities and risks, and lead initiatives to optimize category performance

Requirements

  • Category development, key accounts, and market insight analysis experience
  • Future-focused mindset, with curiosity about industry trends, digital solutions, and innovation
  • Delivering strategic plans, measuring and monitoring results, and making recommendations to achieve growth targets
  • Influence stakeholders and interact effectively with others, with the courage and resilience to hold an alternative point of view
  • Proven experience in the fast-moving consumer goods field is a distinct advantage
