About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Graduate Teaching Assistant to join our team at a secondary school in Lincoln.
In this role, you will work closely with teachers to support students in achieving their academic potential. You will also be responsible for fostering a positive and engaging learning environment, which includes developing strong relationships with students, teachers, and parents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support students in small groups or one-on-one, ensuring they achieve their academic potential.
- Assist teachers in planning and delivering lessons, including preparation, delivery, and assessment.
- Develop and implement strategies to promote student engagement and motivation.
Requirements:
- A degree in any subject (preferably Education, English, Maths, or Science).
- Strong interpersonal and organisational skills.
- A passion for working with young people and a desire to make a difference.
Compensation and Benefits:
