We are looking for a highly motivated Customer Relations Coordinator to join our team at the Hampton by Hilton Bristol Airport. The successful candidate will have previous experience in a customer-focused industry and possess a positive attitude with good communication skills.

About the Role

The Guest Service Agent will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests from check-in through check-out and will work closely with the Guest Service Supervisor to ensure that all guests receive a high level of service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve positive outcomes from guest queries in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Ensure an efficient reception experience for guests, including check-in/out, and complete audit procedures as required.
  • Keep the Guest Service Supervisor fully aware of any relevant feedback from guests and other departments.
