Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Clinical Branch Manager to lead our Complex Care team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive business growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance the quality of care services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of our service users, their carers, and purchasing authorities.
  • Oversee the creation and review of service packages, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and Cera Care's policies and procedures.
  • Lead a team of professionals in delivering high-quality care services, promoting a culture of excellence, and driving continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and business development, to achieve business objectives and drive growth.
  • Ensure accurate and legible records are maintained, meeting regulatory requirements and Cera Care's standards.
  • Monitor and evaluate service goals and quality objectives, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders, including local authorities, business development teams, and service users.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and regulatory requirements, applying this knowledge to drive business growth and improve care services.
Requirements
  • NMC PIN Nurse Registered to support complex care packages.
  • Previous experience working in a regulated care environment, with a strong understanding of the Health and Social Care Act 2008 (Regulated Activities) Regulations 2014.
  • RQF Diploma level 5 Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification.
  • Leadership experience, with a proven track record of driving business growth and improving operational efficiency.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
