Job Title: Head Registered Veterinary Nurse - Clinical Manager

Location: Medivet 24 Hour Kensington

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 per year

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Registered Veterinary Nurse to join our team as a Clinical Manager at Medivet 24 Hour Kensington. As a Clinical Manager, you will play a crucial role in the management of our busy hospital, working closely with our Practice Manager and Branch Partners to deliver exceptional patient care and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage admissions and discharges, ensuring seamless patient flow and efficient use of resources.
  • Deliver professional excellence, implementing and complying with all regulatory, practice, and operational standards.
  • Pro-actively support and share clinical best practice across practices and the wider Medivet community.
  • Collaborate with the Veterinary team to develop and implement clinical strategies, improving patient outcomes and driving business growth.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating exceptional clinical skills, and mentoring and coaching colleagues to achieve their full potential.

Requirements:

  • RCVS registered Veterinary Nurse with a strong clinical background and experience in clinical management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate colleagues.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
