Exciting Opportunity for a Head Registered Veterinary Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Registered Veterinary Nurse to join our dynamic team at Sanctuary Personnel Ltd.

About the Role:

As a Head Registered Veterinary Nurse, you will be responsible for directing the day-to-day running of the clinical team, providing guidance and support to colleagues, and ensuring the highest standards of patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the clinical team and provide guidance on best practices
  • Develop and implement nursing protocols and procedures
  • Conduct regular audits and appraisals to ensure high standards of care
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless patient care
  • Provide training and development opportunities for nursing staff

Requirements:

  • Relevant qualification in veterinary nursing (e.g., Level 3 Diploma or a degree in Veterinary Nursing)
  • Registration with the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons (RCVS) or equivalent governing body
  • Proven experience in a veterinary practice or hospital
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Working Hours:
