Job Title: Aviation Planner

We are seeking a highly skilled Aviation Planner to join our team at Turner & Townsend. As an Aviation Planner, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of high-value projects at a major London-based airport.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) to provide a robust schedule for sub-programme work scope.
  • Provide advice to contractors on schedule structure and content.
  • Support the process through input of current schedule plans.
  • Produce schedule reports to communicate schedule status effectively.
  • Assess the impacts of proposed baseline changes on time and cost.
  • Review the content of instructed PMIs and their implementation within contractors' schedules.
  • Support the development of planning working practices for the sub-programme.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in P6 schedule development and administration.
  • Detailed schedule development, assuring design schedules, and assuring contractor schedules.
  • Schedule risk analysis, schedule interface management, and accepted programme management under NEC.
  • Previous airports experience is an advantage.
