Job Description:

This role involves exploring the problem and opportunity space that our Tech Innovation Hub fits into. You will identify key propositions to be considered or tested with external stakeholders, distill complex concepts into clear messaging, and develop compelling presentations.

You will also conduct market analysis of the tech, innovation, and international development sector, gather insights from key stakeholders, and test demand for our collaborative initiatives.

The consultant will have access to a range of ecosystem stakeholders through the International Development Innovation Alliance (IDIA) platform. The successful candidate will help identify the Hub's Unique Selling Point (USP) and value proposition(s), based on evidence and market analysis.

  1. Analyse information and data, synthesise complex concepts into clear messaging
  2. Develop compelling presentations, reports, and other deliverables
  3. Conduct market research, gather insights from key stakeholders, and test demand for our collaborative initiatives
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 10+ years' experience in international development or humanitarian sector
  • 5-7+ years' working in tech and innovation in the international development space
  • Significant demonstrable experience of producing market analysis and formative research reports
  • Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills
Estimated Salary:

£45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience
