We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our construction team in Hove, United Kingdom.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage cost estimates and budgets for construction projects.
  • Conduct financial analysis and reporting throughout project lifecycles.
  • Negotiate contracts with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients.
  • Manage project cash flows and budgets.
  • Identify and mitigate commercial risks.
  • Ensure compliance with construction regulations and legislation.
  • Liaise with clients, architects, and contractors to achieve project targets.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role within the construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of construction contracts, regulations, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in cost management software and financial reporting tools.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Membership in a relevant professional body (e.g., RICS) is preferred.
  • Full UK driving license.
