Graduate Quantity Surveyor Job Description

Brandon James Ltd, a reputable UK Construction Consultancy, is seeking a driven and ambitious Graduate Quantity Surveyor to join their close-knit Brighton office. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent Graduate Quantity Surveyor to gain hands-on experience and kickstart their career in a family-oriented culture.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop skills in pre- and post-contract services under the mentorship of a highly experienced Partner.
  • Gain exposure to a variety of projects, including bank monitoring, traditional Quantity Surveying, and Employers Agent-based assignments.
  • Work on diverse workload and contribute to the company's success.
Requirements:
  • Completed a Quantity Surveying/RICS accredited degree.
  • Quantity Surveying consultancy work experience is a plus.
  • Proactive, personable, and hardworking character.
  • Based in Brighton or the immediate area.
  • Driving licence and car for site travel.
  • Keen to achieve MRICS.
