About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Account and Data Executive to join our UK & Ireland team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth in the laboratory sector, focusing on the development and implementation of sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales plans to drive revenue growth in the laboratory sector
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and expansion
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication

Requirements

  • Proven sales experience in the laboratory sector or a related field
  • Strong business development skills with a track record of success
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Travel requirement: 40-50%

Sales skills: Experience in selling Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solutions for institutional customers is considered an advantage

Technical skills: You will be required to have an understanding of our reproductive health portfolio and related products

Team skills: You will be part of the UK & Ireland team who support each other by sharing positive experiences, success stories, technical know-how, and account knowledge

Business & Organisation Knowledge: It will be necessary to create a territory plan, a business plan, and a plan of key accounts

Change Management: The marketplace is an evolving arena which requires us to be flexible in our structure and organisation to be successful

Command of the English language, written and oral. Numerate and competent with analysis

Full UK driving license

Prepared to travel throughout the territory regularly and occasionally to Head Office in Bucks
