Store Leadership Professional

You will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage with all levels of an organization. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and innovative company, with a commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction.
Estimated salary: €58,000 - €68,000 per annum.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a store business plan that aligns with the company's strategic objectives.
- Lead and develop a team of 30+ colleagues, fostering a culture of innovation and trying new ideas.
- Manage profit and loss accounts, ensuring the achievement of targets and business objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and external partners.
Requirements:
- 5+ years retail management experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience of leading and developing a team of 30+ colleagues.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work collaboratively with all levels of an organization.
