Key Responsibilities:
Achieve and exceed sales targets for new homes, helping drive the company's revenue.
Follow up on leads from various sources, including online platforms like Rightmove.
Build relationships with local estate agents and stay informed about the competitive landscape.
Research and provide valuable insights into the local area's amenities, schools, and transport links to assist buyers.
Utilize company incentives to promote sales and support buyers through the purchase process.
Requirements:
Proven experience in new build sales within the housebuilding industry.
Up-to-date knowledge of the housing market and key industry regulations (GDPR, Consumer Code, etc.).
