About the Role

GRAHAM Group is seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our Civil Engineering Team in Northern Ireland for the NI Water project.

About GRAHAM:

The Opportunity:

  • Support the site team on an exciting development project with NI Water.
  • Manage costs, recover value, and build strong relationships with suppliers and subcontractors.
  • Mentor junior staff and contribute to a positive team dynamic.

Requirements:

  • Experienced Quantity Surveyor with a proven track record in Civil Engineering.
  • Excellent commercial acumen and knowledge of NEC contracts (options 3 & 4, Defined Cost, Cost Value Reconciliation).
  • Degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field (MRICS/MCICES a plus).
  • Full driving licence and experience working with a main contractor.
