Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Weekend Receptionist to join our team at Marshall Motor Group. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for providing a warm and welcoming experience for our customers and visitors.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet all dealership visitors in a friendly and professional manner, assisting with queries and passing to the relevant department or team member.
- Take phone calls and respond to queries as appropriate, transferring to the correct individual or team.
- Provide refreshments for dealership visitors and ensure the seating and refreshment area is tidy and fully stocked.
- Deal with incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Assist with administrative tasks as required.
Requirements
- Previous customer service experience, ideally within a professional, customer-facing environment.
- Confidence in speaking to customers in a professional manner both on the telephone and face-to-face.
- Good IT skills and ability to support with administration duties.
- Self-starter, organized, and someone who takes pride in their work.
