About the role:

  • Maintain and repair various site equipment during night shifts
  • Carry out regular checks and maintenance to identify potential issues before they become major problems
  • Collaborate with colleagues to resolve complex technical issues
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve equipment effectiveness and efficiency
  • Support apprentices’ development and progression in their careers
  • Prioritize continuous improvement projects across EU sites

A day in the life:

  • Perform scheduled maintenance tasks during night shifts to ensure equipment is operating safely and efficiently
  • Conduct routine checks on equipment to identify potential issues
  • Collaborate with colleagues to troubleshoot complex technical problems
  • Work closely with the team to achieve production targets and goals

Job requirements:

  • NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in an engineering discipline or relevant experience
  • Relevant experience as a qualified engineer in mechanical and/or electrical maintenance
  • Advanced proficiency in the local language

Estimated salary: £48,000 - £58,000 per annum. Benefits include:
