About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced building surveyor to join our team in Chester.

In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating contractor assessments of the cost impact of potential contract variations, and agreeing the value of approved variations to the contract.

  1. Evaluate submitted contract claims/disputes and advise the client on their potential liability.
  2. Support the client and/or their legal advisors to resolve the claims/disputes.

Estimated Salary: £41 per hour

This is a temporary position available in Chester, working 37.5 hours per week.
