Customer Service Manager

As an Aftercare Manager at Deverell Smith, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional post-handover support to homeowners, focusing on identifying and resolving defects in newly constructed homes. Your primary goal will be to ensure timely and effective resolution of defects, maintaining strong customer relationships and upholding industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as the main point of contact for homeowners reporting defects, ensuring prompt and professional resolution.
• Oversee handover processes, conduct follow-ups, and address complaints to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Work with contractors and internal teams to organize and supervise repair work in line with warranty and quality standards.
Requirements:
• Experience in aftercare, property management, or a similar role.
• Knowledge of defect management, construction processes, and warranty requirements.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and maintain a high level of professionalism.
