Job Title: CDT Administrator

We are seeking an experienced administrator to lead the administrative support for the UKRI funded Centre for Doctoral Training (CDT) in the Application of Artificial Intelligence to the study of Environmental Risks (AI4ER).

About the Role

The successful candidate will manage the course communications, support systems and processes to ensure the successful delivery of the programme. This will involve interacting with graduate administrators and other relevant staff in various departments, as well as the members of the CDT leadership team, supervisors of individual students, and students themselves.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage course communications and support systems
  • Ensure the successful delivery of the programme
  • Interact with graduate administrators and other relevant staff
  • Play a central role in training, events, and monitoring progress of PhD students
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, administrative experience in a Higher Education environment, and demonstrable knowledge of course administration. They will also be well-organised, able to work to deadlines, and comfortable adapting to changing circumstances and requirements.
