Survival Equipment Supervisor Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Survival Equipment Supervisor to join our team at Line Up Aviation. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for the efficient management of all Survival Equipment Maintenance activities for our Hawk AJT contract at RAF Valley.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Task manpower resources to maintain scheduled maintenance programs and rectify emergent tasks in a timely manner.
  • Contribute to the creation of department risk assessments and sustain the review program.
  • Ensure maintenance activities are carried out in accordance with approved maintenance data, with discrepancies and errors reported for rectification.
  • Support staff in maintaining currency in all maintenance authorities required.
  • Ensure staff are briefed on latest safety, company, and maintenance notices, and confirm understanding.
  • Support the SE Controller in developing succession plans, setting PDR objectives, and resolving performance issues.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience using general and specialist engineering knowledge to apply existing and emerging technology.
  • Working knowledge of IT Operating Systems (MS Office Suite) and the Internet.
  • Experience in a Fitter position within a related engineering environment.
  • Full Driving License.
  • Ability to attain Q-SE-AC/Q-SE-AV-Med following formal training.
  • Training in a relevant discipline to City and Guilds Level or level 3 equivalent.
