House Services Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced House Services Manager to join our team at the University of Bedfordshire. As a key member of our small but dedicated team, you will be responsible for managing our front of house operations and delivering an exceptional guest experience.
The successful candidate will have extensive experience in a similar role and a proven track record of leading a services team. You will be a big personality who can lead from the front, while also demonstrating the ability to plan and manage associated back of house operations in an effective and financially astute manner.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering high-level customer satisfaction and great employee engagement. If you have a strong career development within the hotel or events industry and are looking for a new challenge, we would love to hear from you.
About the Role:
- Manage front of house operations to deliver an exceptional guest experience
- Lead a services team to achieve high-level customer satisfaction and great employee engagement
- Plan and manage associated back of house operations in an effective and financially astute manner
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue opportunities
