Venesky Brown is seeking an experienced Information Governance Manager to lead our client's information management strategy and ensure compliance with data regulations.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement information management strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure data quality and compliance.
- Lead the development and maintenance of records management plans, business classification schemes, and retention and disposal schedules.
- Provide training and guidance on information management best practices to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the EDRMS team to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
- Represent the organization on the EDRMS Multi-Authority Group and provide input on transformation programs.
- Chair the Information Asset Board and Records Management Sub-Group to ensure effective information management.
- Develop and maintain policies for data quality, data stewardship, and data sharing.
- Monitor and report on data quality and compliance metrics.
- Provide guidance on the use of M365 functionality and ensure adherence to data policies.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in information governance, records management, and data quality. They will possess excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
