The Assistant Headteacher Role

  • Teaching and Learning - Develop and implement innovative pedagogies to enhance student outcomes from Early Years to Year 6.
  • Leadership of Support Staff - Provide guidance and support to teaching assistants and HLTAs to promote academic success.
  • Wider Leadership Responsibilities - Contribute to the effective management of the school, aligning with the job description.
