Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Production Operative to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will play a crucial role in meeting our production targets and contributing to the success of our business.

Responsibilities

  • Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently, adhering to all health and safety guidelines and procedures.
  • Assemble products according to company specifications, with attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Perform quality checks on finished products and report defects promptly, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards.
  • Ensure production targets and deadlines are met, working collaboratively with your colleagues to achieve our goals.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
  • Assist with stock management and packing of products, ensuring efficient workflows and minimal downtime.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment is an advantage, but not essential. What's more important is your ability to learn quickly and adapt to new situations.
  • You should be able to work in a fast-paced setting, prioritizing tasks and managing your time effectively to meet production targets.
  • A strong focus on quality, attention to detail, and excellent organizational skills are essential for this role.
  • You should be physically fit and able to perform manual handling tasks, as required by the job.
  • A willingness to work shifts, including nights and weekends, is necessary to meet our business needs.
  • Ability to work as part of a team, communicating effectively and contributing to a positive team dynamic.
