About the Role:
Rituals is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales Advisor. As a Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a memorable shopping experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Offer personalized product recommendations and advice
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on new products and promotions
- Work closely with the store team to achieve sales targets and provide a best-in-class customer experience
- Follow store operational and safety procedures, as well as maintain a clean and tidy store environment
Requirements:
- Relevant experience in a similar position within retail or hospitality
- A customer-service mentality and team-player's work ethic
- Decision making and problem-solving skills
- Good attention to detail, organized, and structured
