Corporate Real Estate Manager

A Brief Overview: At CBRE Enterprise EMEA, we provide end-to-end services to occupier clients across the entire lifecycle of a building. Our teams help companies improve their operations and reduce costs through expert facilities management, project management, real estate, and energy and sustainability services.
We are currently recruiting for a Facilities Coordinator to join our team in the UK. As a CBRE Facilities Sr. Coordinator, you will coordinate clients, vendors, and contractors to ensure complex work orders are complete.
Key Responsibilities- Client Communication: Directly communicate between landlord, tenants, and service providers by ensuring all procedures, policies, and reporting formats are understood and implemented.
- Data Analysis: Review data from work order reports to find out performance and progress status.
- Space Allocation: Coordinate office and parking space allocation.
- Service Quality: Impact team through the quality of the services or information provided.
- Procedures and Practices: Follow standardized procedures and practices and receive regular but moderate supervision and guidance.
The ideal candidate should have a High School Diploma or GED with 2-3 years of job-related experience. Additionally, advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, Outlook, etc., is required.
Estimated Salary: The estimated salary for this role is £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, based on industry standards.
