About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Office Manager to join our team at Alston Dairy, a proud member of the James Hall & Co. group of companies.
As Office Manager, you will be responsible for supporting various aspects of the business, working closely with our production team to meet productivity, safety, quality, service, financial, and process consistency goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations and resolve challenges.
- Coordinate across departments to optimise productivity.
- Manage customer relationships and communicate with senior management.
- Monitor and improve productivity, quality, and compliance.
- Develop SOPs with our Quality Team and ensure Health and Safety standards.
- Handle HR functions, including staff records, training, and performance management.
- Manage warehouse stock and plan for demand.
- Lead the team with strong, motivational leadership.
- Work closely with Finance on budgeting and cost planning.
About You
We are looking for someone with strong communication, organisation, and multitasking skills to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proactive and detail-oriented, capable of managing conflicting priorities with efficiency and precision.
