Forte Recruitment Solutions Ltd is seeking an experienced Van Driver to join our team. As a Van Driver, you will be responsible for delivering goods to customers in the Andover area, using a 3.5 tonne vehicle. The ideal candidate will have a full UK driving license, be able to lift heavy loads, and possess excellent customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive a 3.5 tonne vehicle to deliver goods to customers in the Andover area.
  • Assist colleagues with loading and unloading vehicles daily.
  • Complete daily run sheets and perform daily vehicle checks.
  • Report any vehicle defects to the Line Manager.
  • Meet multiple customers and communicate with them to update them on delivery times.
  • Follow pre-planned routes accurately and maintain the cleanliness of the vehicles and warehouse.
  • Carry out stock checks and replenish stock as needed.
  • Pick and pack orders efficiently.
Requirements:
  • Full UK driving license.
  • Able to lift and handle heavy loads.
  • Courteous and possess good customer service skills.
  • Able to communicate and problem-solve effectively.
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Flexible and willing to undertake training as required.
