About the Role
We are seeking a Planning Administrator to join our dynamic team in Washington. As a Planning Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our planning department.
Key Responsibilities
- Liaise with customers to ensure a positive experience.
- Manage workload to comply with client service level agreements.
- Manage NRSWA requirements to minimize financial risk and non-compliance.
- Coordinate with local authorities.
- Effective liaison with all stakeholders.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- NRSWA awareness.
- Ability to self-motivate and work within a team.
- Good spoken and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Confidence in using computer packages and familiarity with planning tools.
- Ability to work under pressure to deadlines.
- Well-developed verbal and written communication skills.
- Team player, but also comfortable working alone.
- Understanding of the need for respect, sensitivity, and discretion in a public-facing role.
- Some flexibility in working hours may be required.
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and calm under pressure.
