We are seeking a Planning Administrator to join our dynamic team in Washington. As a Planning Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our planning department.

Key Responsibilities

  • Liaise with customers to ensure a positive experience.
  • Manage workload to comply with client service level agreements.
  • Manage NRSWA requirements to minimize financial risk and non-compliance.
  • Coordinate with local authorities.
  • Effective liaison with all stakeholders.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • NRSWA awareness.
  • Ability to self-motivate and work within a team.
  • Good spoken and written communication skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Confidence in using computer packages and familiarity with planning tools.
  • Ability to work under pressure to deadlines.
  • Well-developed verbal and written communication skills.
  • Team player, but also comfortable working alone.
  • Understanding of the need for respect, sensitivity, and discretion in a public-facing role.
  • Some flexibility in working hours may be required.
