At dormakaba, we are seeking a Service Delivery Coordinator to play a vital role in our field service operations. As a Service Delivery Coordinator, you will be responsible for collaborating with our service engineers to plan, prioritize, and organize their day-to-day operations. This role requires excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively liaise with customers and internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

An Experience that Matters: Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • Exceptional customer service skills, ideally from a business-to-business environment, with the ability to communicate clearly and build strong relationships with customers.
  • Proficiency in MS Office products and experience with CRM packages, such as Servicemax, would be an advantage.
  • Proven problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
