About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance and Data Business Partner to join our team at KBM Resourcing Ltd. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a crucial role in providing accurate and timely financial information to support business decision-making and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with business units to provide financial insights and support to aid decision-making and process changes.
  • Prepare management accounts and accompanying commentary, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
  • Construct and present budgets and periodic forecasting, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Review transactional data to ensure correct information is carried into management information packs.
  • Support the data preparation for the year-end audit and liaise with auditors to answer queries.
  • Provide ad-hoc analysis as requested by senior leadership team members.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar role, with a relevant accounting qualification.
  • Excellent Excel knowledge and experience with accounting software packages.
  • Ability to present complex data to non-financial individuals.
  • Strong attention to detail and data cleanliness.
  • Experience with Power BI, Sage, or similar tools.
  • Coding ability.
