About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Delivery Specialist to join our team at Royal Mail. As a Delivery Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering mail and packages to customers across the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver mail and packages to customers in a timely and efficient manner
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve delivery targets
  • Operate a vehicle safely and efficiently

Requirements

  • Full UK manual driving license with no more than 6 penalty points
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Organized and punctual with a strong sense of community
