We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced clinician to join our team at Hazelwood House, a 12-bedded low secure unit for adults with a primary diagnosis of Learning disability and secondary mental health issues.

The successful candidate will lead a multidisciplinary team of professionals from nursing, clinical psychology, and occupational therapy, and will be responsible for reviewing treatment plans, coordinating discharge, and liaising with Commissioners regarding admission, progress updates, and discharge planning.

The ideal candidate will possess highly sophisticated communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work autonomously, and have the ability to translate best practice and evidence-based research into practical operational solutions.

Priory operates a non-residential medical on-call rota, and the post holder is expected to participate on the on-call rota on a second-on-call basis.
