At Queen Victoria, we're seeking a highly skilled and ambitious Sous Chef to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen brigade, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional food quality and exceeding guest expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing food stock control, including ordering, deliveries, and stock taking
  • Supporting the Head Chef in the smooth running of the kitchen and deputising in their absence
  • Training and developing the kitchen team to reach their full potential
  • Ensuring Food Safety and Health & Safety compliance in accordance with the law and company policy

Previous experience in a busy kitchen is essential, and you must be willing to take on responsibility and remain calm under pressure. We offer a competitive salary, achievable bonus scheme, and great live-in accommodation if required.
