About the Role:
Praxis Care is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with mental ill health, autism, learning disabilities, and dementia in our residential and community-based services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide person-centered support to service users, promoting their independence and well-being.
- Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household chores.
- Support service users in accessing community resources, such as education, employment, and leisure activities.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with service users, their families, and other stakeholders.
- Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of £21,557 per annum, based on 39 hours per week.
