Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide person-centered support to service users, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household chores.
  • Support service users in accessing community resources, such as education, employment, and leisure activities.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with service users, their families, and other stakeholders.
  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £21,557 per annum, based on 39 hours per week.
