Job Title: Psychology Graduate Mentor

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Psychology Graduate Mentor to join our team at Ribbons and Reeves Limited. As a mentor, you will work closely with children who require additional support, providing guidance and encouragement to help them achieve their goals.

Salary: £90-£100 per day (inclusive of holiday pay), paid weekly on a PAYE basis.

Job Description:
  • Developing and implementing personalized learning plans for students
  • Providing emotional support and guidance to children in need
  • Collaborating with teachers to ensure seamless delivery of support services
The successful candidate will possess a solid understanding of child psychology and mental health, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A strong academic background in Psychology, preferably with a 1:1 or 2:1 degree from a reputable UK University, is also essential. Additionally, prior experience working in SEN or SEMH settings is highly desirable.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong knowledge of child development and psychological theories
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work effectively with children and adults alike
