About the Role

Priory Group is seeking a highly skilled Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our team. As a Registered Mental Health Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide individualized patient care, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Develop and implement care plans, ensuring patient-centered approaches and evidence-based practice.
  • Contribute to the development of our services, participating in quality improvement initiatives and sharing best practices.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless care transitions and effective communication.

Requirements

  • Relevant nursing qualification and registration.
  • Excellent team working skills, a high level of self-motivation, and a flexible approach.
  • Commitment to patient-centered care and values-based practice.
  • Drive to continually push personal learning and development.
