About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Resilience Coxswain and Mechanic to join our team at the RNLI. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our lifesaving equipment and vessels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct regular maintenance and repairs on our lifesaving equipment and vessels
  • Develop and implement effective maintenance schedules to ensure optimal performance and safety
  • Collaborate with other crew members to ensure seamless operations and effective communication
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Coxswain and Mechanic in a similar role
  • Strong technical knowledge and skills in mechanical repair and maintenance
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
