About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Rheumatology Specialist to join our team at Raigmore Hospital in Inverness. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our rheumatology service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert clinical care to patients with rheumatological conditions, including joint injections and ultrasound-guided procedures.
  • Work collaboratively with our team of rheumatology specialist nurses to manage repeat biologics and methotrexate prescriptions.
  • Contribute to the development of our rheumatology service, including the delivery of clinics virtually by phone or NHS Near Me.
  • Participate in educational and research opportunities to maximize clinical, educational, and research outcomes for Rheumatology across the North of Scotland.
