Teaching Personnel is recruiting a year 3 and year 6 lead to join their team in Castle Cary. As a dedicated primary school educator, you will have the opportunity to inspire and motivate students to reach their full potential. This role requires a qualified teacher with previous experience in teaching primary-aged students, preferably in Key Stage 2.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Design and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the needs of students.
    • Monitor and assess student progress, making adjustments to teaching methods as needed.
    • Collaborate with school staff and parents to promote student development.
  • Requirements:
    • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
    • Proven experience in teaching primary-aged students, preferably in Key Stage 2.
    • Excellent classroom management skills and a passion for teaching.
    • A valid Enhanced DBS certificate, or willingness to apply.

Estimated salary: £40,000 - £55,000 per annum.
