Payroll Coordinator Lead

This is an exciting opportunity to join our HR Shared Services team as an HR and Payroll Coordinator Lead. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing HR and Time & Attendance functions, ensuring accurate payments, data maintenance, and advising on HR policies.
Key Skills and Qualifications- High visual accuracy and good communication skills
- Organizational skills and technical aptitude with HRIS systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
- Numeracy skills and basic payroll knowledge
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR and payroll, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with the team. We offer a competitive salary range of £26,500 - £29,000 per annum, depending on experience.
