Job Title: Senior Care Assistant

Job Summary:
Lowry Recruitment Ltd is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Senior Care Assistant to join our team at a fantastic Elderly care home in Rhos on Sea. As a Senior Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide personal care and support to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
Assist with daily living activities, such as meal preparation and medication management
Develop and maintain relationships with residents, their families, and other healthcare professionals
Participate in care planning and implementation, ensuring individualized care plans are met
Maintain a safe and clean environment, adhering to health and safety protocols

Requirements:
2+ years of experience in elderly care or a related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Compassionate and empathetic approach to care
Basic knowledge of care planning and implementation
