Job Title: Senior Care Assistant

About the Role:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Senior Care Assistant to join our team at a fantastic Elderly care home in Rhos on Sea, Colwyn Bay. As a Senior Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide person-centred care to residents, promoting independence and dignity
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and toileting
  • Support residents with medication management and administration
  • Maintain accurate records of resident care and progress
  • Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement individual care plans
