About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at Rocky Mountain Lodge in Cranbrook, B.C. This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday, with a regular schedule from 08:00 - 16:00.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to HCIS/MHSU/PCCT programs, including data entry, client scheduling, and preparing routine correspondence and reports.
  • Perform health unit aide duties, such as maintaining inventories of medical/surgical supplies, cleaning medical equipment and instruments, and delivering supplies and biologicals to health units as requested.
Requirements
  • A current supervised 5-minute Typing Test with a speed of 40 wpm or greater, completed within the past 24 months from a recognized institution.
  • A Medical Office Assistant Certificate.
  • A current valid BC Driver's License.
  • Your Resume.
  • A Cover Letter stating your availability to start in a new position.
