We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Speech and Language Therapy Support Worker. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting children and young people with communication difficulties.
As a Therapy Support Worker, you will work under the guidance of a speech and language therapist to provide high-quality support to our clients. Your role will involve working in various settings, including schools, nurseries, clinics, and homes, to deliver therapy and support to children with a range of speech and language difficulties.
You will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in a supportive and forward-thinking environment, with a clear pathway for clinical skill and career progression. We offer a range of training and development opportunities, including speech and language apprenticeship programs.

Key Responsibilities
- Work under the guidance of a speech and language therapist to deliver therapy and support to children with communication difficulties

- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge
