About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Behaviour Mentor to join our team at Long Term Futures Ltd. As a Behaviour Mentor, you will be responsible for providing individualised support and guidance to a Key Stage 2 pupil with challenging behaviour.
Duties and Responsibilities- Develop and implement tailored behaviour plans to promote positive change
- Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to ensure consistent support
- Provide emotional support and guidance to the child
- Experience working with children with behavioural needs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm and composed in challenging situations
- A competitive daily rate of £95-£110
- Ongoing training and professional development
