Job Description
We are seeking an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team in Hertfordshire. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supporting students with special educational needs and be able to develop and implement effective learning strategies.

Responsibilities
- Provide individualized support to students with SEN
- Assist teachers in developing and implementing IEPs
- Collaborate with other support staff to ensure a comprehensive support system

Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a Teaching Assistant or similar role
- Strong knowledge of SEN legislation and guidelines
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

What We Offer
- Salary range £28,000 - £38,000 per annum, based on experience
