Teaching Assistant Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic teaching assistant to join our team of educators in South East London.

The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for teaching and learning, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting teachers in delivering high-quality lessons, providing individualized support to students, and contributing to the development of a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. To provide tailored support to students, helping them to overcome challenges and achieve their academic goals.
  2. To work closely with teachers, assisting with lesson planning, preparation, and delivery.
  3. To contribute to the development of a vibrant and inclusive learning environment that promotes academic excellence and social growth.
Requirements:

In order to be eligible for this role, you must:

  • Hold the right to work in the UK.
  • Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application.

  • A competitive daily rate of £90-100.
  • Full-time positions available (8am - 3.30pm).

Estimated Salary: £18,000 - £20,000 per annum
