Your responsibilities will include carrying out preventative and corrective maintenance, working in partnership with the production team to minimize production downtime, and upholding and exceeding safety standards.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Undertake all prioritized and planned maintenance work, ensuring production downtime is minimized while upholding and exceeding safety standards.
* Undertake preventive and corrective tasks, including PMs and breakdowns.
* Assist with engineering project work and new installations or refurbishments as required.
* Provide engineering support to the production teams.
* Ensure the CMMS is accurate and data inputted to a high standard.
* Engage actively with CI (workshops, kaizen, 5s, etc)

**What We're Looking For:**

* A proactive mindset and good time management skills.
* Ability to communicate effectively and work as part of a team while working within deadlines.
* Assertiveness and self-confidence in presenting and supporting conclusions.
* A strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience of maintenance processes/activities.
* Computer literacy and familiarity with Microsoft 365 applications.
* Experience in the application of Health, Safety & Environmental procedures.
* Demonstrable achievements in Continuous Improvement, Change Management disciplines, tools, and techniques.
